Dit jaar werkt Machiavelli samen met het International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA). Tijdens dit wereldberoemde documentairefestival worden zo’n 300 vernieuwende documentaires vertoond en als Machiavelli-lid kan je hier met een fikse korting bij zijn! Op donderdag 21 november vertoont IDFA in samenwerking met Machiavelli en Off Screen de controversiële nieuwe documentaire 'Citizen K'. Deze documentaire laat het verhaal zien van Michail Chodorkovski, een Russische oligarch uit de jaren ‘90 die wordt verbannen door de machtige Vladimir Poetin. Citizen K geeft een divers inzicht in de recente geschiedenis van Rusland.

This year, Machiavelli collaborates with the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA). During this world-famous documentary festival, around 300 innovative documentaries are screened. As a Machiavelli member you get the chance to attend the event with a discount! On Thursday, November 21, IDFA, in collaboration with Machiavelli and Off-Screen, will screen the controversial new documentary 'Citizen K'. This documentary shows the story of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, a Russian oligarch from the 90s who is exiled by the powerful Vladimir Putin. Citizen K provides a rich picture of Russia’s recent history.
